
This 60 cubic meter side dumping semi-trailer is a heavy-duty vehicle designed for the transportation of bulk materials. It is mainly used in conjunction with heavy-duty tractors such as HOWO and SHACMAN, focusing on long-distance transportation and rapid unloading of materials such as sand and gravel, earthwork, ore, coal, construction waste, etc. It is widely used in mining, infrastructure construction sites, material yards, ports and other working conditions, especially suitable for narrow and non rear unloading work environments.

The whole vehicle adopts high-strength steel frame, with a cargo compartment capacity of 60m ³, balancing loading capacity and structural strength. The side flip hydraulic lifting structure is the core design, which has a lower center of gravity and more stable driving compared to rear flip self dumping. It occupies less space during unloading and is less prone to the risk of rollover. The cargo compartment can be unloaded on one or both sides, with a reasonable unloading angle, clean unloading, and minimal residue.
Equipped with a dedicated side flip hydraulic cylinder and a stable hydraulic control system, the lifting force is high and the action is smooth, allowing for smooth lifting and unloading under heavy loads. The system is equipped with safety limit and overload protection, with simple and reliable operation. It supports remote control from the cab and on-site manual emergency operation, and is suitable for continuous high-intensity operations.


Adopting a multi axle heavy-duty chassis design, it has strong load-bearing capacity and can meet the needs of heavy-duty transportation. The key parts of the frame and cargo compartment are made of wear-resistant steel, which is resistant to impact and deformation, and is not easily cracked or damaged even under harsh road conditions and heavy loads for a long time. Suspension, axle, braking and other components are all configured according to heavy-duty standards, with a long overall service life and low failure rate.
The flip over structure is more flexible in narrow spaces and can complete unloading without significantly adjusting the vehicle's position. The entire vehicle is equipped with multiple safety devices such as braking system, parking lock, hydraulic safety lock, etc., to prevent accidental fall or vehicle slippage during lifting and improve the safety of construction site operations.
